Emotional Overeating Groups
Our centre provides group meetings, where people come to control and fight emotional overeating. Many people become aware of turning to food every time they experience a difficult high-pressure, challenging and stressful situation or just feel that food is a way out of a difficult everyday life. Our meetings are emotive and interactive, establishing a collaborative relationship with a psychologist, in order to handle the nutritional and at the same time emotional management under these circumstances.
